Today's stop is Valencia and we took a tour of Grand Canyon of Chulilla Town. Some stunning views

Our tour included lunch at a local restaurant. The main course was pork cheek. Very tender and tasty.

We had a brief opportunity to walk around the modern district of Valencia including viewing the opera house and science center buildings.

One final dinner at The Wake.

Wedge salad, Potato and Leek Soup, New York Strips, potatoes, creamed spinich, and the desserts of lemon cheesecake and the specialty chocolate dessert named after the restaurant called The Wake.
