The Test Kitchen is the most unique restaurant on the ship. it's an "experimental" style with a set menu of 5 courses (used to be 6 courses) and each has a unique flare.

Julie's options were - Gazpacho, Egg Yolk/Caviar (with no egg yolk), Asparagus and Hazelnut, Beef Tenderloin, and Chocolate dessert

Dennis's menu was - Mushroom, Egg Yolk/Caviar, Scallops & Ham, Venison Tenderloin, and Chocolate dessert
